Server logs: IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamps. These are kept short term for security and troubleshooting.

To respond to inquiries and manage the business relationship you initiate with us (legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract).
To keep the site secure and operational (legitimate interest).
To meet legal obligations we are subject to.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
Server logs: up to 90 days.
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent needed to run this site. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
